Assistant General Counsel Department of Conservation & Recreation Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Connelly: I have received the petition of Philip A. Bongiorno appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Conservation & Recreation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on October 3rd, 2019, Attorney Bongiorno requested "any and all permits, permit applications, plans, blueprints, and any other documentation pe1iaining to building/construction [to Joseph R. Evans Memorial Field] for the ten (10) years prior to this loss (June 26th, 2006 -June 26th, 2016)." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Attorney Bongiorno a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Depaiiment is ordered to provide Attorney Bongiorno with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
