The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 1, 2019 SPR19/2134 Madonna Meagher Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA O1 230 Dear Ms. Meagher: I have received the petition of Eileen Mooney appealing the response of the Great Barrington Housing Authority (Authority) a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested, "[a] job description of the accountant's position, job description's monthly fee as of Jan 1, 2019, and the expired contract." Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR19/2025 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 18, 2019). I closed SPR19/2025 with the understanding that the Authority provided Ms. Mooney with a response to her request on October 17, 2019. In its October 17th response, the Authority provided documents responsive to the request but also indicated it could not locate some of the responsive records. Unsatisfied with the Authority's response, Ms. Mooney appealed to this office and SPRl 9/2134 was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, the Authority provided Ms. Mooney a supplemental response to her request on November 1, 2019. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, ~r~ Supervisor of Records cc: Eileen Mooney One Ashburton Place, Room ·1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
