Ward Town of Brookline, Town Clerk Brookline Town Hall 333 Washington Street, Room 104 Brookline, MA 02445-6853 Dear Mr. Ward: I have received the petition of C. Infami appealing the response of the Town of Brookline (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 c:M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, C. Infami requested a "911 audio digital file (call)" from the Town. Claiming to not yet have received the audio record, C. Infami petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing C. Infami with responsive records that are within the Town's possession. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide C .. Infami with the response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. C. Infami may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
