G. L. c. 66, § l.OA; see also·950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ryan requested "the hiring process documents, policies, etc. on the screening and hiring committees - documents, presentations, and·all related documents." Claiming to not yet have recei:ved responsive records,, Ms. Ryan petitioned this · office and this appeal was opened as a result. · Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School responded to Ms. Ryan's request with a response sent on November 1, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was. opened as a result of the School's lack ofresponse, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
