G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Powers requested, “all complaints made regarding trailers on Winthrop Shore Drive between May Ist, 2019 and October 7", 2019.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Powers a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
