The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 14, 2019 SPR19/2224 Sylvia Diplacido City of Medford, Law Department Medford City Hall, Room 206 85 George P. Hassett Drive Medford, MA 0215 5 Dear Ms. Diplacido: I have received the petition of Stevan Johnson appealing the nomesponse of the City of Medford (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Johnson requested several categories ofrecords within the possession of the City. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Johnson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Johnson's request with a response sent on November 14, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City's lack of a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Johnson may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
