Murray Supervisor of Records November 19, 2019 SPR19/2234 Stacy Book Massachusetts Parole Board 12 Mercer Road Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Boole I have received the petition of Kevin Norris appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Parole Board (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Norris requested various parole records and emails. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public .Records Division, I learned that the Board provided Mr. Norris a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Norris may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
