G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Chaput requested the 2006-2010 detail summary associated with Structure Fires by Fix Prope1iy Use and the cost detail. Having received no response, Ms. Chaput petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 15, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
