Cadime: I have received the petition of Doreen Taylor appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Seekonk (Town) to a request for public records. G, L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Taylor requested “the Month Ending Munis Reports for September 30, 2019 and October 31, 2019.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Taylor a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Taylor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
