Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA O1 702 DearAttorney Halpin: I have received the petition of Christian Williams appealing the nomesponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Williams requested various records pe1iaining to a certain Department officer and cruiser. Under the Public Records Law and the Access Regulations (Regulations) all requests for public records must be met with a response within 10 business days of receipt of the request. G.
