G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 50 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kovaly requested a recording of the Department's lobby on a certain date. In a November 18, 2019 email, Mr. Kovaly informed this office he wishes·to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
