G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested, "[a] job description of the accountant's position, job description's monthly fee as of Jan 1, 2019, and the expired contract." Previous Appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR19/2025 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 18, 2019); SPR19/2134 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 25, 2019). I closed SPRl 9/2134 with the understanding that the Authority provided Ms. Mooney with a supplemental response to her request on November 1, 2019. In its October 1 t 11 response, the Authority provided documents responsive to the request. Unsatisfied with the Authority's response, specifically not receiving the "contract signed by both parties," Ms. Mooney appealed to this office and SPRl 9/2274 was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, the Authority emailed this Office on November 20, 2019, and indicated they are searching their records for the signed contract. Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Ms. Mooney with a response provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations without delay. ~ Rebecca S.
