Dear Attorney Mullaney:

I have received the petition of Ms. Sophia Brown appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) to a request for public records. G. L. ¢. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Brown requested “any and all records regarding the number of retirees from the Massachusetts State Police, broken down by gender, for 2014-2018 inclusive.”

Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that EOPSS provided Ms. Brown a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this

administrative appeal closed. Ms. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the EOPSS’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1).
