Murray .Supervisor ofR ecords November 25, 2019 SPR19/2283 Cheryl Narcizo Fall River Police Department 685 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02721-4305 Dear Ms. Narcizo: I have received the petition of Antonio Branco appealing the nonresponse of the Fall River Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Branco requested various records relating to his "intimidation and blackmail," by a Fall River Police detective. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Branco a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Branco may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days: See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
