Amaral appealing the nonresponse of the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 19, 2019 Mr. Amaral requested, "all documentation that relates to Disciplinary Report (DR) #446690" and "all video records from the surveillance camera inside housing unit N2." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Center is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Center has not provided Mr. Amaral a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Center is ordered to provide Mr. Amaral with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
