Dear Mr. Kenneway:

I have received the petition of Richard M. Ferreira appealing the nonresponse of the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.LR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ferreira requested “all documentation that relates to Disciplinary Report (DR), #446677; all video records from surveillance cameras inside housing unit N2; and cameras outside the doorway leading into N2 from the main corridor, on the date of October 8, 2019 and October 9, 2019.”

Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Center provided Mr. Ferreira a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ferreira may appeal the substantive nature of the Center’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
