G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Otto requested, "any communications since January 1st 2018 regarding the proposed construction of a water treatment facility on parcels of land on Whitcomb A venue in Littleton, Massachusetts." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office will soon provide Mr. Otto a response to his request. The Office is to provide the response to Mr. Otto in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
