G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Otto requested "requests, opinions, approvals or other communications (draft, conditional, final, or otherwise) since January 1, 2018 regarding the proposed construction of a water treatment facility on parcels of land located on Whitcomb A venue in Littleton, Massachusetts." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Depaiiment indicated it will provide Mr. Otto with a response to his request within the next few days. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide this response to Mr. Otto in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations.
