G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Chung requested copies of: 1. FIA reports from 12/31/18 & 3/31/19 2. All investment handouts and presentations from January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, and September monthly meetings. Having received no response, Mr. Chung petitioned this office. Subsequent to the interventioi1 by a member of the Public Records Division, this office. was notified that a response was provided, dated November 21, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
