G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Perry requested several categories of records within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Perry petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. · Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Perry's request with a response sent on December 4, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Perry may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
