The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 2, 2019 SPR19/2358 Marguerite Oliva Lexington Retirement System 1625 Massachusetts Ave. Lexington, MA Dear Ms. Oliva: I have received the petition of Gar Chung, Managing Director at Financial Investment News, appealing the nonresponse of Town of Lexington Retirement System (System) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Chung requested copies of: 1. All investment handouts and presentations from the January, February, March, April and May 2019 board meetings. Having received no response, Mr. Chung petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 22, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the System's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Chung may appeal the substantive nature of the System's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc:.
