The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 2, 2019 SPR19/2365 James B. Lampke, Esq. Town of Hull, Law Depmiment 115 North Street, Suite 3 Hingham, MA 02043 Dear Attorney Lampke: I have received the petition of Peggy Chaput appealing the response of the Town of Hull (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Chaput requested several categories ofrecords within the possession of the Town. Claiming to have not yet received all responsive records, Ms. Chaput petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Chaput's request with a response sent on November 27, 2019 with additional records to be sent for 2010 and 2011. The Town will "sen[d these] to you when retrieved." Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's lack of response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Chaput may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
