G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mason is "requesting Information as it pe1iains to a pedestrian accident that took place on Memorial Avenue October 281 2019," and "[a]ll records as it pertains to the traffic signal located near the entrance to Savers 13 5 Memorial Av enue." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Mason responses to his requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
