Murray Supervisor of Records December 4, 2019 SPR19/2376 Glenn Hathaway City of Fall River - Department of Community Services 1 Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Glenn Hathaway: I have received the petition of Antonio Branco appealing the nonresponse of the City of Fall River Department of Community Services (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Branco requested certain records relating to an identified property. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Branco a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Branco may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
