Severino appealing the nonresponse of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (Committee) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Severino requested "a copy of the motion/letter of Attorney Patch's motion/letter to recuse himself and a copy of his bill's/voucher's." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Committee intends on providing Mr. Severino a response to his request.
