Murray Supervisor of Records December 11, 2019 SPR19/2385 Annie Thompson · Northampton Public Schools 212 Main Street Northampton, MA 01060-3112 Dear Ms. Thompson: I have received the petition of Greta Jochem appealing the nonresponse of the Northampton Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jochem requested ce1iain emails to and from the Superintendent on particular dates in 2018. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Ms. Jochem a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Jochem may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
