Withers City Clerk City of Attleboro 77 Park Street Attleboro, MA 02703 Dear Mr. Withers: I have received the petition of S. Howey appealing the response of the City of Attleboro (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, S. Howey requested "all fire reports, all 911 audio digital/tape calls, all log book entries, all EMS reports, all EMS calls, all 911 Incident Recall Sheets, Calls for Service Rep01is, all Incident Reports, all Case Rep01is, all dispatch logs, all reports, investigative repo1is, citations, notes, [and] emergency transport records" pertaining to a specified address in the City. The City responded on November 14, 2019, providing some responsive records. Subsequent to the intervention of a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City intends to provide a supplemental response providing additional details regarding responsive records. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide S. Howey with said response within ten(lO) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. If issues remain outstanding, S.
