G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Truman requested the following records from the Department: • Lists of all accounts blocked by any official Pittsfield Police Department social media including but not limited to the Pittsfield Police Department Twitter account (@PittsfieldPD), and the Pittsfield Police Depaiiment Facebook page (https ://www .face book. com/PittsfieldPolice/). Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Truman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Depaiiment responded to Ms. Truman's request on December 2, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's lack ofresponse to respond to Ms. Truman's request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
