Supervisor of Records December 9, 2019 SPR19/2406 Julie Dellolio Keeper of Records Dracut Police Department 110 Loon Hill Road Dracut, MA 01826 Dear Julie Dellolio: I have received your petition on behalf of the Town of Dracut-Police Department (Department) seeking an extension of time to furnish copies of a requested record, or any portion thereof, as well as to charge $25.00 per hour in responding to a request made by Attorney Eric R. ‘Brown of the Law Offices of Eric R. Brown. G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Department has not furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor. Id. Conclusion _ I find that the Department has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to the requestor as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2).
