Murray S11pe111isor of Records December 16 SPR19/2407 Brendan Kennedy Middlesex Sheriff's Office 400 Mystic Office Medford, MA 0215 5 Dear Mr. Kennedy: I have received the petition of Adam Bradley appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex Sheriff's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bradley requested any records and surveillance footage concerning the internal affairs investigation into an identified correctional officer. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office mailed Mr. Bradley a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bradley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
