The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S, Murray Supervisor of Records December 9, 2019 SPR19/2430 Kate Silvia Director of Communications Department of Corrections 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Jon Little appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.LR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Little requested whether has name had been used in any lawsuit. Having received no response, Mr. Little petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated December 9, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Little may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Dleron Rebecca S.
