Murray Supervisor of Records December 18, 2019 SPR19/2433 Joshua Martunas Worcester Police Department 911 Lincoln Square Worcester, MA, 01608 Dear Mr. Martunas: I have received the petition of Donald Hall appealing the nonresponse of the Worcester Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32,08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hall requested a signed receipt from June 2013. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Hall with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hall may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days, See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
