Murray Supervisor of Records December 20, 2019 SPR19/2440 Stuart Beckley Town Manager Town of Ware 126 Main Street Ware, MA 01082 Dear Mr. Beckley: [have received the petition of Chief Thomas Coulombe appealing the response of the Town of Ware (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Coulombe requested copies of invoices and bills paid to several law firms relative to a particular matter. The requested records have been the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR 19/1939 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 30, 2019). I closed SPR 19/1939 upon learning that the Town had provided a response to Chief Coulombe. The Town provided a further response on October 3, 2019, producing additional responsive records. Claiming to have not received all existing records, Chief Coloumbe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR 19/2440, was opened as a result. . ) Subsequent to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Town provided a supplemental response to Chief Coulombe on December 19, 2019 that included additional responsive records. I understand that Chief Coulombe informed this office that he is satisfied with the records he received. Accordingly, I will consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, Rilreca Munay. Rebecca S.
