G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Coulombe requested various communications from Town officials. Specifically, Mr. Coulombe requested "emails, text messages ... and any and all correspondence referencing or referring to me [by name], referring to me as 'Chief between yourself, any individual member of the Board of Selectmen, the Board of Selectmen [ as a group] and Edward Wloch" for a specified time frame. Previous Determinations This request was the subject of previous appeals. SPR 19/1887 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 25, 2019); SPR 19/0721 Dete11nination of the Supervisor of · Records (April 19, 2019); SPR 19/0562 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 1, 2019). In in my September 25th determination, I ordered the Town to provide Mr. Coulombe with a supplemental response to his request for records. Order Chief Coulombe has informed this office that he has yet to receive the supplemental response from the Town. Accordingly, the Town is again ordered to provide Chief Coulombe a 1 response in a manner consistent with this order, the September 25 h order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma. us. Please be advised that failure to comply with this order may result in refe1rnl of this matter to the Office of the Attomey General. See G. L. c. 66, § I OA(b ).
