Martunas Office of the City Manager - 455 Main Street, Room 306 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Mr. Martunas: [ have received the petition of Mr. Paul Kernan appealing the nonresponse of the Worcester Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kernan requested “CAD Incident Log for 377 Plantation Street or Gary Atsma or Stephen Foisy. The logs should include Incident #, Date/Time, and Incident Type.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Kernan a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kernan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
