Box 8000 . Shirley, MA 01464 Dear Ms. Pineda: . I have received the petition of Jason P. Amaral appealing the response of the Souza- Baranowski Correctional Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 19, 2019 Mr, Amaral requested, “all documentation that relates to Disciplinary Report (DR) #446690” and “all video records from the surveillance camera inside housing unit N2.” . Previous Appeal The requested records were the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR19/2293 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 27, 2019). In my November 27" determination, I found that the Center was working on providing Mr. Amaral with a response. I ordered the Center to provide Mr. Amaral with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. The Center provided a response to Mr. Amaral on November 26, 2019, prior to the issuance of my determination in SPR19/2293. Mr. Amaral is appealing this response, indicating he has not received responsive records. ~ Conclusion Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Center provided a response to Mr. Amaral dated December 9, 2019.
