Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 3, 2020 SPR19/2502 Margarita Bardales Public Records Access Officer Massachusetts Port Authority One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S East Boston, MA 02128 Dear Ms. Bardales: I have received the petition of Mr. Peter Dunn appealing the nomesponse of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dunn requested various records pertaining to the Massport Community Advisory Committee, Ms. Cindy L. Christiansen, and "Block 2" of the MIT RNAV study, during the applicable period of December 1, 2018 through July 12, 2019. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dunn petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. It is my understanding that Massport informed a member of the Public Records Division staff that they are in the process of compiling the responsive records and a response will be provided to Mr. Dunn. Order Accordingly, Massport is ordered to provide Mr. Dunn with a response to his request, provided in a mam1er consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations without delay.
