Murray Supervisor of Records December 19, 2019 SPR19/2504 Michael Skinner Brockton Police Department 7 Commercial Street Brockton, MA 02302 Dear Mr. Skinner: [ have received the petition of Brian Sweet appealing the nonresponse of the Brockton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32,08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sweet requested video evidence from an incident that took place on November 17, 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Sweet a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sweet may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). .
