The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S, Murray Supervisor of Records January 6, 2020 SPR19/2525 Ms. Stacy Book Massachusetts Parole Board 12 Mercer Road Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Book: I have received the petition of Kevin Norris appealing the nonresponse of the - Massachusetts Parole Board to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Norris requested “a copy of the February 2018, vote sheet bearing the names and comments of the Board members; A copy of the June and July 2019 letters written to Stephanie Kubak, and Tim Ford.” In his appeal petition, Mr. Norris indicated he did not receive a sufficient response to his requests. Order Accordingly, the Massachusetts Parole Board is ordered to provide Mr. Norris with a response to the requests, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
