Murray Supervisor of Records January 8, 2020 SPR19/2552 Andy Dowd Northborough Town Clerk 63 Main Street Northborough, MA 01532 Dear Mr. Dowd: [have received the petition of Attorney David Kerrigan appealing the nonresponse of the Northborough Town Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Kerrigan requested all records concerning “a so-called study and all related building department records.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Attorney Kerrigan a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Kerrigan may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.LR. 32.08(1).
