G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on December 10, 2019, Mr. Brown requested the following records: • Any and all "Good Faith Challenge Rep01is" generated by MBTA personnel or MBTA subcontractors and submitted to MBTA supervisors or safety officers between July 1, 2018 and December 10, 2019. • Records, including recordings and/or written records, of any and all calls made by MBT A personnel or MBTA subcontractors to the "safety hotline" between July 1, 2018 and December 10, 2019. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Brown petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the MBTA has responded to Mr. Brown's request with a response sent on January 13, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of a lack of response by the MBTA, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the MBTA's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
