G. L. c. 66, § lOA; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Derti requested emails and other documents pertaining to a Dedham Zoning Board of Appeals decision regarding 110 Alden Street. The Town responded on September 27, 2019, producing two responsive emails. Mr. Derti appealed to this office on the basis that further responsive records exist. Subsequent to the intervention of a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town intends to provide a supplemental response including additional responsive records. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. De1ii with said response within ten (10) business days,\ A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Derti may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
