G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Niland requested "all public records, notes, diagrams, statements, logs, dispatch information, telephone calls, photographs, reports, all information reduced to writing and/or recording, and including all other communications, concerning the reports and notes of all Officers, for incidents leading up to during and after, September 20 and 21, 2019, at the Copperhead Saloon & Pub, and your Department's history and the criminal record ... " of certain individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Niland petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Depa1iment provided Mr. Niland a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Niland may ~ppeal the substantive nature of the Depaiimenf s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
