DeCosta: I have received the petition of Vicki Hill appealing the response of the Falmouth Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Hill requested a cetiain incident report. On October 8, 2019, the Department provided Ms. Hill with the requested record. In her appeal, Ms. Hill contends the repmi she received is "not complete." While this appeal was pending, the Department provided a response to Ms. Hill on January 17, 2019, indicating that she had "received the complete incident report, along with a copy of your statement." The Depaiiment noted Ms. Hill is "welcome to fill out a statement form with the information you believe is missing." Whereas the Department has confirmed Ms. Hill received the complete incident report, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hill may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
