G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Lu requested several categories of records within the possession of the Commission. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Lu petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned thatthe Commission responded to Mr. Lu's request with a response sent on January 21, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lu may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
