G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Teixeira requested "Abington Public Schools' Settlement Agreements, from 2014 through today." The School provided a response on January 3, 2020, indicating there are no responsive documents to his request. Unsatisfied with the School's response, Mr. Teixeira petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0075, was opened as a result. While this appeal was pending, the School provided a supplemental response to Mr. Teixeira on January 22, 2020 indicating there were no settlements since 2014 and inquiring if there was anything else he was requesting. Conclusion On January 22, 2020, Mr. Teixeira was asked ifhe wished to continue his appeal in light of the School's response, and he indicated he did not.
