· The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 17, 2020 SPR20/0076 Beth R. Klein Town Clerk Town of Sudbury 3 22 Concord Road Sudbury, MA O1 776 Dear Ms. Klein I have received the petition of Robert C. Maguire appealing the response of the Town of Sudbury (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on December 21, 2019, Mr. Maguire requested " .. .information contained in ... [a specific] death record ... including [the] ... place of burial, who died in August 2019 ... in Sudbury ... " The Town advised that the death record was available upon payment of a $15. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, Mr. Maguire petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0076, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff attorney of the Public Records Division, this office was notified by an email from Mr. Maguire that he achieved a satisfactory resolution with the Town. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, ~.~ Supervisor of Records cc Robert C.
