G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Mattison requested all documents regarding an identified Department project. Having received no response, Mr. Mattison petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 3, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mattison may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
