The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray S11pe11>isor of Records January 28, 2020 SPR20/0139 Cynthia M. Page Records Access Officer Fall River Police Department 685 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02721 Dear Ms. Page: I have received the petition of Mr. Antonio Branco appealing the nonresponse of the Fall River Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Branco requested copies of search warrants conducted on several dates at an identified address. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Branco petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. The Department's response On January 27th the Depaiiment informed a member of the Public Records Division that a response has been provided to Mr. Branco. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Depaiiment's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Branco may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
