G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). I understand that Ms. Aung requested several records in MCAD's possess10n. Upon opening this case, our office was informed by MCAD that all responsive records were provided to Ms. Aung prior to the opening of this appeal. After speaking with a member of the Public Records Division (Division) staff, it is now clear that Ms. Aung seeks legal action that is outside of the purview of the Division. Whereas MCAD provided responsive records and Ms. Aung does not appear to object to MCAD's response under the Public Records Law, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
