The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 10, 2020 SPR20/0150 Theresa A. Lepore Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination One Ashburton Place, Room 601 Boston, Massachusetts 02108 Dear Ms. Lepore: I have received the petition ofNaing Aung appealing the response of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). I understand that Ms. Aung requested several records in MCAD's possess10n. Upon opening this case, our office was informed by MCAD that all responsive records were provided to Ms. Aung prior to the opening of this appeal. After speaking with a member of the Public Records Division (Division) staff, it is now clear that Ms. Aung seeks legal action that is outside of the purview of the Division. Whereas MCAD provided responsive records and Ms. Aung does not appear to object to MCAD's response under the Public Records Law, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
